90-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund — no awkward questions.
How to start a return
Email support@trendingshop.com with your order number and a short description of the reason. If the item arrived defective or damaged, please attach a photo so we can resolve it faster.
Conditions
- The item must be in resellable condition: unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
- If the item is defective or arrived damaged, the above condition is waived — just send the photos.
- Personalized or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout) are not eligible.
Return shipping
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want a different model or color instead? Just mention it in your email and we'll arrange a direct exchange whenever possible.
