Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days worldwide, depending on your location and local carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders, no minimum. Import duties or local taxes (if applicable in your country) are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us at support@trendingshop.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
